Many internet and email companies are using filters to remove unwanted email from your inbox, often called spam. However, sometimes these filters can block messages you want to receive.
To Make Sure You Are Receiving Your Home Music Studio 1 Emails Do The Following:

A whitelist is a list of accepted items or emails in a set. It is a list of e-mail addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received.

1. In your inbox, locate an email from [email protected] (ex. your welcome email for the free gift you’ve just requested).
2. Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.
3. You’ll see that new emails will go to your primary folder in the future!
Yahoo! Mail
When opening an email message, a “+” symbol should display next to From: and the sender’s name. Select this and an “Add to contacts” pop-up should appear. Select “Save”:
Hotmail/Outlook.com
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your mail account screen and go to options. Next, in the upper right click on “Safe and blocked senders”. Now select “Safe mailing lists”. Lastly enter [email protected] in the box under “To address for the mailing list:” and click the “add to list” button.
